Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
Responsibilities
-time keeping
-record keeping
-supply ordering and organization
-answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents
-Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service and support
-all ordering and purchasing for grant related services including maintenance of expense report worksheet to assure we are in alignment with grant budget.
-all data entry for grant employees including acupuncture sessions and groups and yoga sessions and groups to assure we are in compliance with grant deliverables.
-Data collection for peer specialist to maintain organized lists of outreach sites, presentations conducted, number of patients seen, and any additional work completed by peer specialist.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
