As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to support our underground utilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to excavate, grade, and compact earth within specified parameters.
• Work with the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.

Requirements

• Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator of Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Backhoes, Dozers, Cranes, Earthmoving equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and safety consciousness.
• Willingness to travel from time to time if the project requires.
