- Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage emails, appointments, and other communication tasks.
- Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answer inbound calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office. Requirements - Proven experience in scanning documents and maintaining organized records.
