Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an organized and driven person to perform warehouse duties such as material handling, order pulling, and stocking. Fastener experience helpful. Must be able to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing, loading/unloading trucks, managing inventory and returns, and safely preparing product for shipment.
• Enter product data into the computer system using RF scanners when applicable and confirm product is delivered to the correct packaging or stocking department.
• Periodically review customer fastener and related product inventory in various stocking locations.
• Generate orders as necessary for product and prepare for subsequent delivery and stocking activity.
• Help receive inbound shipments daily and confirm correct product and quantities.
• Pull and stage orders for customers as products arrive, ensuring on‑time delivery (will call or delivery).
• Assist with all outbound shipments daily: UPS, FEDEX, freight, and deliveries.
• Assist Will Call orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring products are stocked correctly.
• Occasional delivery driving.

Decision / Information Sharing & Communication

• Accurately report exact product, actual quantities, warehouse locations, traceability numbers, etc.
• Highlight discrepancies in inventory locations or stock availability.
• Seek supervisor assistance for products that cannot be found or are unavailable.
• Collaborate with other warehouse departments—receiving, shipping, order pulling—to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Immediately notify supervisors of safety hazards or potential issues.

Physical Requirements

• Lift heavy boxes or products (up to or more than 50 lbs).
• Stand for virtually the entire shift (8+ hours).

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a mandatory pre‑employment drug & alcohol screening and background check.

Shift

1st Shift, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑4:00 pm.

Salary

$135,013.00‑$166,900.00.
