Adecco has partnered with a leading Manufacturer to hire **Production Operators + Machine Operators** in **Portland, ME** ! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in a fast-paced production environment. These positions are temp-to-hire with the support to provide long-term career growth! **Schedules + Shift Offerings:**

• 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 7AM - 3:30PM
• 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 3:30PM - 12AM
• 3rd Shift - Monday - Thursday - 10-Hour Shifts - 6:30PM - 5AM

**Job Duties:**

• Operating and maintaining production equipment
• Performing quality checks and making adjustments as needed
• Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized
• Working collaboratively with others while staying productive independently

**Requirements:**

• Motivation and attention to detail
• Basic technical and computer skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending)
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Comfort with basic math is a plus
