Customer Service Representative - Toll Roads Call Center

Location: On-site in Broomfield, CO

About the Role

We are seeking experience Call Center, Customer Service Representative to join our team in Broomfield, CO. This is a fully on-site position serving Toll Road Commuters. If you thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and enjoy helping customers resolve issues, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to customers regarding toll road collections.

· Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

· Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.

· Meet performance metrics and call quality standards.

· Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Collections or Call Center Experience
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • The ability to multitask and switch between systems
  • A competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
  • Knowledge of FDCPA and collection laws (preferred)
  • Experience with CUB's system (a plus!)
  • High School or equivalent

Schedule

Training Period:

· Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Post-Training Schedule:

· Monday to Thursday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

· Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

· One Saturday every 6 weeks
