Business Office Manager, Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator

Salary: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr (based on skills and experience)
Essential Duties
- Establish and maintain accounts and account records for all receivables and payables for the Community.
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and Advantage Program.
- Prepare and submit statements on resident trust accounts and controls resident trust account.
- Prepare and reconcile Trust Fund bank account(s) and prepare bank deposits.
- Receive and record payments on accounts receivable.
- Control and administer petty cash fund.
- Prepare and submit timely statements of account to residents or responsible parties.
- Monitor accounts receivable and advise Administrator of delinquent receivables or other account irregularities.
- Prepare and submit timely reports of financial transactions and financial condition of community.
- Prepare, process, and submit payroll data for community.
- Contact applicants to schedule interviews.
- Process new‑hire paperwork.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Assist with employee relations matters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Basic bookkeeping skills required.
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of common office machines required.
- Long‑term care billing experience required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year of working experience in payroll and human resources required.
- General computer skills required (knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
