We're Hiring: Lead Coordinator for Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Practice (Full-Time) Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-site) Are you passionate about people, persuasive on the phone, and driven to make a difference in someone’s journey toward self-confidence and beauty? About the Role: We’re seeking a full-time, high-energy Lead Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury patient care environment. You will be the first voice our prospective patients hear—and the one they trust to guide them toward booking a consultation. Your primary focus will be on: Responding to inbound leads promptly and professionally Conducting follow-up outreach to leads who haven’t responded initially Building trust and rapport with potential patients over the phone Educating leads about our procedures and the Nazarian Plastic Surgery experience Guiding them toward scheduling consultations with our team You Are: Exceptionally comfortable and engaging on the phone Naturally persuasive and empathetic Able to build trust and long-term relationships quickly Organized and detail-oriented in tracking lead follow-up Professional and polished in communication and demeanor Committed to excellence in every patient interaction Requirements: Previous experience in a patient coordinator or similar phone-based sales/customer service role (experience in aesthetics, med spa, or plastic surgery preferred) Full-time availability (Monday–Friday) Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with CRM or EMR systems (we will train on our platforms) What You’ll Get: A chance to work with one of the most recognized plastic surgeons in the industry A supportive, high-performance team culture
