We're Hiring: Lead Coordinator for Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Practice (Full-Time)

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-site)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a full-time, high-energy Lead Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury patient care environment. You will be the first voice our prospective patients hear—and the one they trust to guide them toward booking a consultation. Your primary focus will be on:

Responding to inbound leads promptly and professionally

Conducting follow-up outreach to leads who haven’t responded initially

Building trust and rapport with potential patients over the phone

Educating leads about our procedures and the Nazarian Plastic Surgery experience

Guiding them toward scheduling consultations with our team

You Are:

Requirements:

Previous experience in a patient coordinator or similar phone-based sales/customer service role (experience in aesthetics, med spa, or plastic surgery preferred)

Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy with CRM or EMR systems (we will train on our platforms)
