Job Summary
Seeking a highly proficient Executive Assistant to support our CFO of CRH Americas (NYSE: CRH). Must have exceptional interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, and years of experience supporting a senior executive in a large organization managing multiple priorities, calendars, and projects.
Job Location
This hybrid role is based in our Atlanta location (Perimeter area). The CFO will be in the office with flexibility when traveling.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CFO of CRH Americas.
- Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings and committees.
- Maximize efficiency by researching, routing correspondence, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating phone calls on behalf of the CFO.
- Support people‑management activities, including coordinating training sessions, managing communications regarding job vacancies, and coordinating team training programs.
- Complex calendar management.
- Extensive travel planning (domestic and international) and reservation management.
- Plan on‑ and off‑site meetings – logistics, catering, agenda, facilities, communications, transportation.
- Prepare materials for site visits, including directions, transfers, and PPE for plant tours.
- Review expense reports and manage accounts payable for the CFO’s office.
- Personal assistance (running errands and other tasks as needed).
- Coordinate tasks with other Executive Assistants when appropriate.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work within a diverse team, communicate with tact and diplomacy, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel a few events per year to assist the CFO and others with event planning and coordination.
