Service Technician / Maintenance

Core Communities & Investments is hiring a full‑time, permanent Service Technician / Maintenance in the Utah County area. This role involves daily upkeep, repair of the property, and turnover of vacant apartments.

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep and repair of the property.
• Turnover of vacant apartments for occupancy.
• General troubleshooting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC and mechanical work.
• Adherence to professional policies, procedures, rules and conduct.
• Availability for emergency maintenance call outs, including snow removal.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Utah driver’s license, truck, and own tools.
• Professional certifications (HVAC, CPO, etc.) desirable but not required.

Benefits

Starting wage: typically $25+ per hour. Full‑time position with benefits including vacation, PTO, health, dental, vision insurance, holidays and growth opportunities.
