We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, you will utilize your strong SAP expertise to achieve improved outcomes and lasting results. Using our expertise in tax, assurance, transaction, and risk, and your capabilities in SAP implementation, you will help develop innovative solutions. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet their needs. Collaborating with technical teams, you will design and deliver system architecture solutions. Your Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze and verify that implemented technology solutions meet business requirements. Design and deliver SAP QM (Quality Management) solutions, leading functional discussions. Conduct system demonstrations to showcase SAP’s standard capabilities and identify client-specific needs. Translate local business needs into system configurations, ensuring SAP setups align with client goals. Develop functional specifications to communicate business requirements effectively. Work with developers to translate specifications into technical designs. Perform data mapping and conversion activities. Demonstrate new system features post-configuration. Support testing activities and resolve issues. Create training materials and conduct end-user or train-the-trainer sessions. Provide post-go-live support to address issues and ensure smooth operations. Show deep technical proficiency and understanding of business processes. Coordinate with other system components to ensure seamless integration. Skills And Attributes For Success

Build relationships, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills. Be proficient in defining and analyzing business requirements, designing system configurations, and managing client relationships. To qualify for the role, you must have

A bachelor’s degree. 2-4 years of relevant SAP ERP experience, especially in Quality Management modules. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Experience in requirements analysis and mapping. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs. Ideally, you’ll also have

Consulting experience or deep functional SAP experience. SAP certifications. Experience with full-cycle implementations of core modules. What We Look For
