We're seeking a Production Manager II to join our team. In this role, you'll:
Oversee execution of Talent/Client audio visual needs in the Banquet Center and Sound Board. Coordinate load-in and load-out times with VP of Entertainment. Fulfill backline requests from Talent/Clients. Direct technical production of events in Sound Board and Banquets. Provide support to Audio Visual Department. Assess Sound Board staffing hours and needs. Manage Technicians, including Carpenters, Audio, Riggers, and Lighting positions. Interview, hire, and train new associates. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. What We Offer

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience as deemed appropriate. Ability to read and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, circumference, and volume. Must understand and be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
