High School Diploma or GED. Minimum one year janitorial or housekeeping experience. Experience operating floor cleaning and polishing machines. Experience operating carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning machines. Ability to work on ladders and operate a mechanical lift. Must be able to perform work up to 30ft. above ground level. Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic.
