Qualifications

* Must Have Valid Drivers License

* EPA Certification Required

* NATE Certified , but not required

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends

* Must be able to use a tablet, smart phone and follow GPS. · Must pass a background check once hired

· Must have a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience

· High level of customer service

· Possess good oral communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.

· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.

· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.

· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

Responsibilities

· Provide Excellent Customer Service.

· Show up on time.

· Do the job correctly the first time.

· All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.

Physical Demands:

Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.

Probationary Period:

All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work

Background Check:

Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
