Executive Director of Development
to become a vital member of our executive team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategic fundraising initiatives that are closely aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with the CEO, hospital leadership, and the Board of Trustees to create and implement impactful fundraising programs while fostering lasting relationships with donors to secure significant contributions. The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive fundraising efforts encompassing annual giving campaigns, major gifts, planned giving, grants, and special events. You will be expected to lead by example, managing a personal portfolio of major donors and prospects with dedication and enthusiasm. We invite applicants who possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in philanthropic development and have a proven history in strategic fundraising and donor relationship management. This position demands exceptional communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the aptitude to operate both independently and collaboratively in a community-oriented healthcare setting. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. We seek a candidate who not only values community-centered healthcare but also has established networks within the philanthropic sector.
