The Dentist is responsible for providing general dentistry and supervising dental assistants and hygienists. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct service to patients.
Ensuring compliance with DPH, OSHA, and Dental Association regulations.
Following departmental protocols.
Meeting productivity standards (if applicable).
Supervising dental assistants and hygienists.
Attending required meetings.
Providing dental care to families in a medically underserved community.
Being flexible in developing new methods of dental service delivery.
Handling sensitive information confidentially.
Minimum Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Fully licensed or LLD.
Massachusetts Controlled Substance certificate and DEA registration.
CPR certification.
Licensed in Massachusetts to practice dentistry (Valid Massachusetts Limited License in Dentistry).
Minimum of three years’ professional experience in the US (preferred).
Public health experience (preferred).
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
