As a Guest Service Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. Your responsibilities will include: Setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Replenishing supplies and managing overall dining ambiance. Staying active in your role, moving around the dining area, and interacting with guests. You’ll be essential in making sure every guest feels catered to and satisfied. Key skills needed for success in this role include: Creating a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Adhering to company policies and upholding high quality standards in service. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. As a Guest Service Support Specialist, you'll be expected to be on your feet, manage menu details, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds with assistance. Being proactive and dedicated to guest satisfaction is crucial. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience:
No specific prior experience required, but experience in a food and beverage setting is a plus. Supervisory Experience:
None required. License or Certification:
