As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will:
Initiate a warm and welcoming ambiance for our guests.
Assist with table settings and ensure communication with the kitchen flows smoothly.
Engage with guests to meet their needs and enhance their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
Be proactive in delivering top-notch service with a positive attitude.
Ensure safety standards are upheld in your work environment.
Present yourself professionally in both appearance and communication.
This position requires:
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
Comfort managing moving surfaces and handling menu items.
A hands-on approach to lifting and moving objects (up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Experience: Less than 1 year in a similar role.
Supervisory Experience: Not required.
Licensing/Certification: None necessary.
