About the Role We’re hiring a

Senior Director, Product Partnerships

to close, scale and own high‑impact partnerships that expand Flex’s distribution reach, power our platform, and deliver outsized enterprise value. The ideal candidate combines strategic business development capability with strong product fluency—equally capable of driving new partnerships from concept to close and managing key existing relationships to unlock deeper collaboration and sustained growth.

What you’ll do

Source, structure, and close new partnerships that expand Flex’s distribution and product & platform capabilities.

Manage and grow existing strategic relationships, driving alignment at the executive level and expanding collaboration over time.

Own the full partner lifecycle — from prospecting and value proposition development to negotiation, launch, and long‑term management.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal to align partnership opportunities with product strategy and ensure successful delivery.

Develop compelling partner narratives and business cases that demonstrate mutual value and strategic alignment.

Design scalable commercial and operational frameworks that support sustainable growth.

Maintain rigorous pipeline and performance tracking, reporting clearly on progress, risks, and priorities to senior leadership.

Build repeatable playbooks for identifying, evaluating, and scaling high‑impact partnerships across new categories.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or consumer technology.

Direct experience in FinTech, with a strong understanding of how banks, payment networks, and financial infrastructure providers operate—ideally through partnerships or integrations with card networks, issuers, or payment processors.

Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships with measurable business impact.

Strong understanding of how partnerships intersect with product strategy, engineering priorities, and go‑to‑market execution.

Excellent relationship builder and communicator—able to engage effectively at both executive and operational levels.

Commercially minded and analytically rigorous, with the ability to structure deals, model outcomes, and drive data‑informed decisions.

Comfortable operating as both hunter and operator, balancing origination with execution excellence.

Thrives in a high‑growth, dynamic environment; resourceful, accountable, and driven by impact.

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role. The OTE (On Target Earnings) of $267,000–286,000.
