OsteoCentric Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Supply Chain Associate

to support the daily execution of our supply chain operations. In this role, you will assist with procurement, inventory management, and logistics to help ensure the timely delivery of our products. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate records, support process efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

This position is required to work in our North Austin office.

In this role you will:

Support the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and monitoring order status to ensure timely deliveries.

Ensure supplier purchase order acknowledgements are received and recorded in a timely manner

Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate inventory data in the system.

Set-up and maintain material, supplier and planning system data in the MRP/ERP system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill internal inventory requests.

Support new product launches by assisting with supply chain-related tasks under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager.

Help maintain strong relationships with vendors by providing timely communication and follow-up on delivery or quality issues.

Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as needed.

Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and forecast demand accurately.

Ensure all supply chain processes comply with relevant medical device regulations and quality standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).

Contribute to supply chain process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions within your scope of work.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation

Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., FDA, ISO standards) is a plus

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field or;

At least 2 years of related experience required

Experience working in an ISO 13485 and FDA compliant quality system

Qualifications:

Proficient knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management principles

Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a rapidly scaling business

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs or goals focused on OTD, FPY, and COGS.
