Industry Investment Management Type Privately Held About the Role The company is looking for a dynamic Finance Vice President to become an integral part of our team. In this key role, you will excel in maintaining shadow books and records while performing reconciliations and helping with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables. Your expertise will guide the preparation and review of management and incentive fee calculations, along with 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings. You will collaborate closely with our third-party sub-administrator, overseeing vendor relationships and assisting in the review of fund expenses, coordination of accruals, and payments. As a Finance Vice President, you will also provide critical support to external auditors during their quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures. We seek a professional who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (a CPA designation is preferred) and has a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in both public and private BDC accounting. Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large data sets are essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates a meticulous attention to detail, excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be adept at coordinating and reviewing accounting deliverables and possess a solid understanding of financial industry practices and regulatory requirements.
