Employee Benefits Producer
to join a growing team. This role is focused on developing and managing client relationships within mid- to large-sized employer groups, with a strong emphasis on new business development. You will have access to a robust support structure, dedicated service teams, and leading tools and resources to help you succeed in driving growth.

Develop and manage new business opportunities within the employee benefits space. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employer clients. Collaborate with internal benefits consultants, analysts, and account managers to deliver tailored client solutions. Focus 90% of your time on prospecting and new business development, with dedicated servicing teams handling day-to-day client needs. Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits sales or consulting. Proven track record of success in selling to and managing mid-market to large employer accounts. Strong understanding of benefits plan design, funding, and compliance. Assertive, driven, and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
