Liquidity SME Workstream Lead
for a top tier Client.

Requirements & Qualifications : Lead the liquidity-focused aspects of the Treasury Transformation program, including strategy development, implementation, and oversight. Serve as a senior SME in liquidity risk management, providing expert guidance on regulatory requirements such as LCR and NSFR. Oversee the integration of liquidity management processes with broader program objectives, working closely with other program leads and SMEs. Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and coordination across various work streams within the program. Develop and execute strategies to address both existing and emerging regulatory challenges, leveraging deep industry knowledge. Extensive experience in liquidity risk management, with a robust understanding of LCR, NSFR, and FR 2052a requirements. Proven track record in leading large, complex programs and managing multiple stakeholders in a regulatory environment. Strong background in financial services, especially consumer and commercial banking products. Expertise in data management, remediation, and quality, with a focus on regulatory compliance. Ability to lead effectively in a fluid organizational structure, adapting to evolving needs and priorities.
