Position Summary:
Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Greencastle, IN area who is seeking a maintenance technician!
Must Haves:
1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on production equipment.
Conduct routine preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and equipment longevity.
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
Monitor equipment performance and log all maintenance activities accurately.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality departments to resolve recurring equipment issues and improve machine reliability.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
