Oil Terminal Manager II
to join their safety conscious team! As an Oil Terminal Manager II you will be responsible for managing all operations including scheduling used motor oil for processing at a facility.

Operational Management
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Plan, organize, and oversee terminal operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow.
Manage loading, unloading, storage, and dispatch activities.
Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Direct day-to-day operations, compliance and Over-The-Road dispatch
People Management
Supervise, train, and motivate terminal staff to achieve performance and safety targets.
Develop schedules and assign duties to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct performance reviews and address employee relations issues.
Financial Oversight
Prepare and manage the terminal’s annual operating budget.
Control costs and optimize resource utilization.
Review and approve invoices, procurement, and capital expenditures.
Customer & Stakeholder Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and contractors.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding shipments, schedules, and terminal operations.
Resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies (e.g., OSHA, DOT, EPA, or local port authority standards).
Lead and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and safety meetings.
Maintenance & Asset Management
Oversee maintenance and repair of terminal equipment and facilities.
Manage inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies.
Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
5–10 years of experience in terminal, warehouse, or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with terminal or logistics management systems and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.
