In this pivotal role, you will focus on managing client leverage, evaluating exposures, and conducting thorough reviews of new account applications. Daily collaboration with senior stakeholders will be essential as you discuss portfolio positions, exposures, and client activities. As the Director of Prime Brokerage Risk Management, you will oversee client portfolios predominantly in large-cap equities, with some engagement in fixed-income securities. You will also play a crucial role in evaluating and approving new client onboarding while managing a small, dedicated team. Your leadership will ensure that all risk management activities align with the firm’s risk appetite and adhere to regulatory standards. We are looking for applicants with a solid background in risk management, especially within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead high-stakes discussions with senior stakeholders, perform stress testing and scenario analysis, and create risk policies tailored to Prime Brokerage operations.
