HTI is partnering with JTEKT North America to find a Manufacturing Manager for their expanding Piedmont, SC facility. What You Need
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and production control in mass-production environments
Experience working with complex equipment, software, blueprints, electrical diagrams, and cutting tools
Solid knowledge of quality systems (TS 16949 and ISO 14001)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in problem-solving using statistical and root cause tools
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed What You Will Do
Lead and manage manufacturing departments including team leads, technicians, and operators
Create and execute annual operating plans to align with company objectives
Develop and manage capital and expense budgets
Drive continuous improvement across quality, delivery, cost, and safety
Identify and support training and development needs for team members
Promote a culture of lean manufacturing and Kaizen
Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies
Maintain high efficiency through HR planning and operational flexibility
Communicate expectations, resolve issues, and support goal setting across teams
