Lean Process Business Analyst (Lean Six Sigma)
6 mo contract - Hybrid Lincoln, RI (3 days/ week)
The Lean Process Business Analyst will work with a variety of users, from C-level executives to customer service representatives. The ideal candidate must have 10 years of experience working with different people at all organizational levels.
Requirements:
College degree required. Lean, Lean/Six Sigma combination, or Six Sigma yellow, green or black belt certification required. Passion for process analysis, problem solving, and technology Innate curiosity and desire to help users maximize their efficiency Avid interest in AI and ongoing AI advancements with passion for technology and ways in which technology can solve business problems Ability to get to the root of a problem through asking repeated questions Love of working with a variety of users across multiple business areas Ability to help others identify their true business needs and prioritize them (not simply take their "orders") Exceptional facilitation skills to engage clients and make the analysis process a great experience 5-6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for a software team or in process analysis "Eagle-eye" attention to detail Willingness to support other functional areas, such as testing, when needed
