From the first startup to the final shutdown, you keep fast-moving food production equipment running at its best. One hour you’re tracing a PLC fault on a conveyor; the next you’re swapping a VFD on an extruder drive or chasing a pneumatic leak on a packaging line. Mechanical fits, electrical checks, hydraulic tweaks—you move fluidly across disciplines to keep mixers, extruders, motors, and automation humming.
What you’ll work on
Maintain and repair food processing assets including mixers, extruders, conveyors, motors, and packaging/packing equipment.
Diagnose and correct PLC logic and I/O issues across automated systems.
Perform electrical work on 120/208/240/480 volt systems, from drives to controls.
Troubleshoot mechanical assemblies, hydraulic circuits, and pneumatic components.
Optimize industrial automation equipment for reliability and throughput.
What you bring
Expert-level troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Strong controls/automation capability, including PLC diagnostics and program-related problem solving.
Hands-on experience with voltage systems at 120/208/240/480.
Proven skill in resolving issues on industrial automation equipment.
Background with food processing machinery is a plus.
