Position Summary: The Accounts Receivable Support Specialist will assist with billing and lien-related processes for our commercial projects. This position requires a strong understanding of Florida Construction Lien Laws, Lien Waivers, Pay Applications, and Monthly Draws. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with Excel, Outlook, and reports. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and process commercial billings, Pay Applications, and Monthly Draws. * Understand and manage Lien Waivers for commercial projects. * Prepare appropriate Lien documents when prompted by management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Florida Construction Lien Laws. * Coordinate with an external company for electronic lien filing. * Maintain accurate and organized records of lien filings, payments, and project documentation. * Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal team members regarding billing and payment inquiries. * Support Accounts Receivable team with reports, reconciliations, and general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Construction Administration, or a related role. * Strong understanding of Florida Construction Lien Laws and Lien Waiver processes (required). * Experience with commercial billing and Pay Applications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking on the phone. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
