LHH is actively recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in Independence, OH, for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a direct hire opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in construction accounting and large ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, cash applications, and collections. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payments. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies using ERP systems such as SAP, Viewpoint, or CMiC. Generate aging reports and support month-end close processes. Maintain compliance with internal controls and construction-specific financial regulations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in the construction industry. Proficiency with large ERP systems (SAP, Viewpoint, CMiC, or similar). Strong understanding of job costing, lien waivers, and AIA billing formats. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
