Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Air Export Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Air Export Coordinator to join our international freight forwarding team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end air export process, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with customers and service providers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of air freight logistics and a strong commitment to customer service and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the export of air freight shipments from to destination, including booking cargo with airlines and arranging inland transportation.
Prepare, review, and process all necessary export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and air waybills.
Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates and proactive communication to customers regarding shipment status.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any service issues or concerns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (logistics, operations, finance) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable customs regulations, export laws, and company policies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in air export operations, freight forwarding, or international logistics required.
Familiarity with export documentation and air freight procedures required.
Knowledge of Cargowise is highly desired
