About the Company Parallel is reimagining how machines interact with the internet. Their first product is a suite of APIs that allow AIs to intelligently crawl, index, retrieve, and reason over web data. From information access to ranking and eval loops, Parallel's work pushes the boundaries of what AI systems can do autonomously.
The team is small, in-person, and extremely high-performing. Based in Palo Alto, CA, they maintain a flat structure and a bias for action-shipping fast, learning even faster, and chasing frontier ideas with intensity.
The Role As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll be responsible for identifying and solving complex problems across AI infrastructure, product, and research. You'll work on systems that handle ranking, retrieval, evaluation, and scale-always with an eye toward quality and real-world utility. Whether it's improving the performance of LLM-integrated systems, obsessing over evaluation loops, or shipping tools that unlock new product capabilities, your work will sit at the heart of Parallel's mission.
