In this influential role, you will lead the preparation and ongoing review of our quarterly U.S. GAAP and statutory financial results, conduct in-depth analyses of financial performance drivers, and develop high-impact financial dashboards and executive presentations. Your expertise will be vital in our strategic planning processes, focusing on multi-year financial projections and providing actionable analytical insights crucial for decision-making. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA, CPA, or FSA/CFA is highly preferred. You should have at least 10 years of experience in insurance finance, FP&A, actuarial or accounting roles, with solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and STAT reporting practices. A strong command of financial reporting and modeling tools, particularly advanced Excel skills, is essential. Familiarity with actuarial and accounting systems is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a natural aptitude for leadership and mentoring of junior staff.
