About the Role
We are looking for an innovative and skilled Director of Customer Relationship Management to join our senior team and make an impact in our expanding online gaming landscape. In this key role, you will be at the forefront of designing and enhancing player segmentation models aimed at boosting engagement, retention, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include crafting personalized user journeys, developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies, and advancing our multi-channel communications.
You will foster a culture of testing and experimentation, expertly identifying and resolving any challenges that hinder campaign management and player experience. Additionally, you will provide insightful reporting on CRM activities to our senior leadership team. A significant aspect of this role involves leading and nurturing a high-performing CRM team, emphasizing recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a similar position with an online casino or iGaming operator, especially with relevant experience in crypto casinos. A strong understanding of retention strategies, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel communication within regulated industries is essential. You should have a sharp analytical and data-driven mindset, with the capability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
Excellent project management skills, resilience under pressure, and outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English are vital for success in this role. A hands-on leadership approach, where you are ready to collaborate with your team when needed, is also a crucial requirement.
