Job Description
We are seeking a Client-Facing Technical Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP implementations to lead the design and delivery of transformative solutions for our clients. This role requires technical leadership, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to architect advanced enterprise systems that align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own the target architecture for D365 F&O and integrated applications across Power Platform and Azure.
Design and select appropriate integration patterns and secure API designs.
Develop data and analytics strategies to enhance reporting, automation, and AI capabilities.
Embed performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements into the architecture.
Delivery Leadership
Act as the primary technical lead throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch support.
Establish environments, integration patterns, and DevOps pipelines for efficient delivery.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with Crowe's strategic objectives.
Set and enforce engineering standards including code quality and documentation.
Proactively collaborate with Crowe specialists and Microsoft FastTrack to enhance project outcomes.
Copilot & AI Enablement
Build ERP solutions that integrate advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
Introduce automation and intelligence to improve operational efficiency.
Facilitate client adoption of Copilot and AI capabilities while ensuring compliance and security.
Advisory, Pre-Sales & Thought Leadership
Shape proposals and lead technical discussions with clients.
Create reusable architectures and best practices, mentoring team members.
Qualifications
Mandatory
8+ years
of experience designing on Microsoft platforms;
5+ years
with D365 F&O/AX and/or CE. Hands-on expertise in D365 F&O extensibility and project management. Strong experience with Power Platform and Azure services. Proven integration capabilities and ownership of non-functional design. Excellent client communication and consulting skills. Leadership experience in managing teams and projects. Nice-to-Have Experience with Dataverse/Dual write and familiarity with Copilot. Relevant Microsoft certifications.
