Position Responsibilities:
Serve as a vital technical bridge among customers, service engineering teams, and support.
Evaluate application portfolios, pinpoint dependencies, and assess migration feasibility.
Design robust hybrid AWS and on-premises solutions.
Advise customers on optimal architecture choices and best practices for efficient AWS adoption.
Facilitate successful building, migration, and deployment of applications and services on the AWS platform.
Update the senior executive team on customer progress with AWS adoption and outline future platform needs for on-boarding and migration.
Create AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the AWS solutions architect community.
Collaborate with developers, system administrators, software architects, project managers, and C-level executives to shape cloud strategies.
Educate customers on AWS’s value proposition and craft solutions designed for effective deployment on AWS.
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of progressive related experience.
Must have one year of experience in:
Designing, implementing, and consulting on distributed applications. Architecting, provisioning, and deploying applications to public cloud or virtualized environments using languages such as C++, Perl, Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js. Database architecture, performance tuning, big data processing, mobile app development, or Big Data/Hadoop.
Travel may be required up to 25% to fulfill job responsibilities.
