About the Role
The Company is actively seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Financial Strategy and Analysis to join our Global Finance Leadership team. This pivotal role is responsible for steering all financial planning and analysis activities, focusing on the integration of best-in-class financial and business planning processes that align with our growth trajectory.
In this position, you will deliver strategic financial insights to senior management, preparing impactful financial presentations and analyses. As a trusted partner to the CFO, you will play an essential role in shaping forward-looking strategies and fostering robust business relationships with key internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 5 years in a corporate leadership role. Experience in the software and SaaS sectors is essential, with a background in both public company and private equity environments being highly desirable. You will be expected to demonstrate high integrity, advanced financial acumen, and exceptional leadership abilities to build and nurture high-performing teams.
Candidates should have a proven track record in financial modeling and possess strong problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. A BA/BS degree is required, while an MBA and CPA designation are highly preferred. You must be a strategic thinker with a focus on driving operational excellence and customer success.
