The VP will be pivotal in overseeing all accounting functions, including financial reporting, technical accounting, IT automation, tax, and regulatory compliance. A successful candidate will possess a robust technical accounting background, extensive experience within a high-growth tech environment, and a proven ability to manage large-scale finance and accounting operations. Major Responsibilities: Lead global accounting practices Support cash management Prepare SEC filings Ensure compliance with all financial regulations The ideal person for this role will demonstrate inspirational leadership, excel in building high-performance teams, and have a solid executive presence to communicate effectively at all levels. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with CPA, CMA, or CIA certification required. With a minimum of 20 years of accounting experience, including 7 years in executive leadership, this position calls for a leader with humility and confidence, skilled in detailed management while also mentoring substantial teams. Experience related to M&A activities, including due diligence and accounting matters, is highly desirable.
