Join our mission-driven team at The Gideons International as a Manager, Finance. This role bridges Finance and Global Supply Chain & Logistics, driving transformation initiatives, optimizing inventory processes, and ensuring financial accuracy across merchandise and supply chain operations.
What You'll Do Lead and support supply chain transformation projects to improve cost, lead times, and customer experience Partner with Global Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure accurate inventory costing, forecasting, and budgeting Oversee merchandise inventory accounting, reconciliations, and reporting Manage and mentor the Coordinator of Supply Chain Finance Support financial statement preparation, audits, and budgeting processes Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve financial issues and improve reporting What your Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years with finance & accounting processes in a Supply Chain environment CPA or CMA preferred Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Proven experience with database management Familiarity with nonprofit or fund accounting a plus Successful completion of a drug and background screen Why Join Us?
