We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Record daily transactions, journal entries, and adjustments using full accrual accounting principles
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Oversee inventory management and purchasing activities
Conduct vendor cost comparisons as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a manufacturing or wholesale environment
Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise
Strong understanding of full accrual accounting principles
Knowledge of inventory cycles and cost tracking
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
Highly organized and detail-oriented
