About this Role:
Ensure a successful delivery, which may include: development and management of overall project plan, schedule, status reporting, escalations, testing, user approval, final corrections, and methodology compliance. Manage relationship with product team and engineering team, which may include the project requesters. Provide senior management level status reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the plans and activities of the organization with senior leaders inside and outside IT. Apply technical and process expertise to address challenging technical and business issues Drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption strategy across programs and portfolios. Provide coaching and materials to increase quality, velocity, and efficiency of software engineering across the company Proactively eliminate barriers, coach team members on best practices, and facilitate scrum ceremonies. Lead software development programs and portfolios with project initiation, organization, goal, and change management aspects of Agile Log, track, and resolve project, business or release related issues. Coordinate multiple project efforts. Performance Indicators: Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs). Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings, Facilitate PI planning events Opportunity to apply technical process expertise to address challenging tech and business issues.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Technical Skills: One or more of the following skills are desired.
Experience with Program Management; Stakeholder Management Knowledge of Agile Management; Project Management; Software Development Life Cycle
