Join a defined mission focused on mental health outreach as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Key responsibilities will include collaborating with executive leadership to shape and execute HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition and development, and crafting a Total Rewards strategy that supports our organizational objectives.
The Senior VP of HR will also manage the HR budget, ensure data compliance, and stay updated on employment laws and best industry practices. Applicants should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a professional HR certification preferred. A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR management experience and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role are required. We seek an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, along with a proven ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Experience within a non-profit or healthcare context is highly valued. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
