Position Overview
We are seeking an
Internal Communications Advisor
to lead and elevate communication across all of the Vomela Company locations. This role ensures our employees are informed, inspired, and connected-whether they work in production facilities, corporate offices, or in the field. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator and project manager who can balance big-picture storytelling with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a company-wide internal communications strategy aligned with organizational goals, values, and culture. Ensure consistent messaging across divisions and locations while celebrating local stories and achievements. Partner with executive leadership, HR, Marketing, and Operations to craft clear, engaging communications that strengthen employee connection and alignment. Manage and continually improve the company intranet-ensuring it serves as a vibrant, easy-to-navigate hub for employees. Oversee and regularly update digital media boards across all locations with timely, relevant, and engaging content. Maintain a strong and consistent voice across all internal channels. Plan and manage logistics and communications for all-company town halls, leadership updates, and other internal events. Gather feedback from employees and leaders to improve communication effectiveness. Track engagement and metrics across communication channels to inform future strategy. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications (multi-site or manufacturing environment preferred). Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences. Experience managing internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Viva, or similar). Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proactive, can-do attitude. Ability to build relationships and influence across departments and levels of the organization. Graphic design, video editing, or digital signage experience a plus.
