We are seeking an experienced
Quality Systems Supervisor
to lead our Quality Control and Warehouse teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with
ISO 9001 or AS9100 auditing experience , strong leadership skills, and a background in aerospace or defense manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support Quality Control and Warehouse personnel Maintain and update compliance documentation and QA policies Conduct internal audits to ensure AS9100/ISO 9001 standards are met Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action initiatives Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards Analyze quality data and trends to support continuous improvement Qualifications Experience in a team lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of QMS auditing (AS9100 or ISO 9001) Aerospace or defense manufacturing background preferred Familiarity with Root Cause & Corrective Action processes Understanding of MRB procedures (reviewing defective parts and determining disposition) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in
