Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor will oversee a team of inspectors and technicians responsible for ensuring all materials, components, and finished products meet stringent aerospace and regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach the quality inspection team to maintain adherence to AS9100 / FAA / customer requirements.
Oversee first article inspections, quality audits, and nonconformance investigations to ensure process integrity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Manage quality documentation, inspection plans, and calibration schedules to sustain compliance and readiness for audits.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
4+ years of aerospace manufacturing and quality-focused leadership.
Strong working knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards, AS9102 first article inspections, and FAA regulations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop technical staff.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 per year (DOE) + 12.5% Target annual bonus
