Payroll & Accounts Payable Clerk
to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll manage both payroll and accounts payable. That means making sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time, our vendors stay happy, and our records are accurate. This position is being restructured; therefore, all duties are not currently set, but will also include assisting Controller with various tasks. You'll also jump in on special projects and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Here's what your days might look like:
Processing invoices, check requests, and expense reports
Managing vendor payments
Making sure invoices are coded and entered correctly (accuracy matters!)
Reconciling vendor statements
Assist in 1099 preparation is a possibility
Running bi-weekly payroll, occasional bonuses, and maintaining employee hours
In process of incorporating HR duties to this position
Filing of all payroll related documents & all Vendor payments
Assisting with accounting projects as needed. We all pitch in when it counts
What We're Looking For
You don't have to check every single box, but here's what helps you shine in this role:
2–4 years of experience in payroll and/or accounts payable preferred
A very strong eye for detail (you notice the small things that others might miss)
Comfortable handling confidential information (trust is huge here)
Good communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
Ability to stay on top of deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with
iSolved
and/or
NetSuit e is a
plus
Familiarity with multi-entity accounting is helpful, but not required
