Immediate Hiring Need for a Maintenance Technician
Relocation Required: Shelby, NC

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to support continuous operations in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role will ensure all mechanical systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate at optimal efficiency to meet our high-speed production and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to log work orders and analyze root causes
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for repair or upgrades
Collaborate cross-functionally with production and quality teams to minimize downtime
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, ISO9001:2015 protocols, and environmental procedures
Participate in continuous improvement efforts, contributing to lean initiatives and process upgrades
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification, military training or associate’s degree preferred
3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing setting, or military training
Strong understanding of electromechanical systems
PLC troubleshooting(preferred)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in elevated areas
Excellent analytical thinking and a team-oriented mindset
