This dynamic position entails spearheading strategic initiatives, engaging in financial modeling, and conducting market analysis across various investment vehicles including credit and mortgage investments. Responsibilities will include evaluating new business opportunities, supporting long-term planning, and crafting financial strategies to facilitate growth. Key responsibilities will encompass: Strategic planning and execution Advanced financial modeling and analysis Business development and market expansion Client and investor relationship management Cross-functional collaboration to align goals The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in investment banking, corporate strategy, or real estate finance and have a strong ability to maintain and enhance relationships with key institutional clients and partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or CFA is strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or consulting within financial services, real estate, or mortgage sectors Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling, valuation tools, and data visualization platforms a plus Strong understanding of the residential mortgage market, whole loans, mortgage-backed securities, and investment operations Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills A proven track record of success in fast-paced, collaborative environments Travel Percent Less than 10% Functions Finance
